Do you offer Wi-Fi? Is it free?

Yes, we have Wi-Fi available at our resort. We offer a three-day complimentary service with basic speeds ideal for checking emails or surfing the web. If you would like to upgrade your internet speeds, you can select our premium service.

What are your rates?

Our rates are based on the length of stay, the size of the space, amenities at each site, and location within the resort. Reserve online or phone toll-free: 866-468-9034.

Do you offer full hookups?

Yes, each one of our spaces offers water, sewer access, cable TV, and 30/50 amp electric. Extended stay rates are plus metered electric.

Do you have pull-through spaces? Can you accommodate a 45-foot RV?

Yes, We have a limited number of spaces available, as these sites are popular. Our pull-through sites are not available for long-term stays, however.

Do you have group rates?

Yes, we can accommodate groups of up to 20 RVs. Groups have access to a club room, a kitchen and other great amenities while you stay with us. For more information on booking a group, please call our front desk.

Are you close to San Diego?

Located in San Diego’s East County, Vacationer RV Park is close to all of the area’s popular attractions. Our convenient freeway access is perfect for visiting the area. El Cajon also offers a wide variety of events and attractions for visitors.

Are you close to shopping and dining?

We are walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants. Major retailers and a shopping mall are within 15 minutes of the resort. Visit our attractions page for more details.

Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?

Yes. We are pet-friendly. We supply pet waste bags and have a clean and enclosed pet run. We do limit each site to two pets per site and do not allow any aggressive breeds. A complete list of pet rules is available upon check-in.

Do you have a pool? Is it heated?

Yes. We offer both a heated pool and spa for your year-round enjoyment. Be sure to visit our photo gallery for pictures of our beautiful pool area and other resort amenities.

Do you sell propane?

Yes. We offer an on-site service. It is either delivered to your RV or offered at our propane station.

When is check-in time? Checkout time?

Check-in time is 1 p.m., and checkout is noon. Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to a nominal fee.

Do you have restrictions on the type of RV?

Yes. All RVs must be self-contained and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The RV must be clean and rust-free, with no broken windows if motor-powered running. Tarps on the roof and other modifications are strictly prohibited. The resort has a complete list of rules and regulations on file for your review. Sorry, no tent camping.

Can I have a campfire?

Unfortunately no. Local City ordinance does not allow this for your safety with RVs and propane gas in the vicinity. However, barbecues are welcome.

Are you a membership resort? How long can I stay?

No. We are non-membership, non-ownership. We offer daily, weekly and extended stay stay rates. There are no restrictions on your length of stay.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer 10% discounts off our daily rates for Good Sam and active duty military. We offer Passport America rates for a three-day maximum when available. A valid ID card must be presented at check-in to obtain these discounts. Offers may not be combined and do not apply to any other discounted rates.

Can I reserve a particular site?

The only way to reserve a particular space is to pay for it starting and checking in today. We can note it as a request but do not guarantee specific spaces.

Do you have a laundry facility?

Yes. We have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. Laundry cards are available for long-term guests. A few quarter machines are offered for overnight visitors.

Do you offer RV storage?

Yes. We have a fenced storage area to serve your needs.

How do I get there?

Via the westbound I-8: Exit 20A Greenfield Dr. Turn right on E. Main Street. Merge into the left lane, and turn left on E. Main Street. Pass the intersection at Broadway, and the resort is 300 feet further on the left. Exit 20B E. Main Street. Turn right at the stop light of East Main and 3rd Avenue intersection. Our RV park is a quarter mile further on the right.

Do you have casinos close to the park?

We have three large casinos within 20 minutes of the resort. Sycuan Casino is 10 miles from the resort. Barona Casino is 9 miles from the resort. Viejas Casino is 15 miles from the resort.

Do you offer rentals?

What is your cancellation policy? What is your reservation change policy?

For daily and weekly reservations, call, write or email us within 24 hours of arrival to avoid a one-night minimum charge. For reservations made during a holiday period, call, write or email within 72 hours of arrival to avoid a three-night minimum charge. For monthly reservations, call, write or email within 10 days of arrival or your security deposit will be forfeited.
