 Sunland RV Resort’s can host your group outing from 5 to 500 RVs! Many groups come several times a year to each property as they enjoy the amenities that each resort has to offer. From large club rooms, to great kitchens each resort is prepared to make your stay an enjoyable one. Group rates are very reasonable but spaces fill up in advance--so contact us today. Here is a sample list of some of the activities that you can enjoy or have arranged for you while staying at a Sunland RV Resort *

* Putting contest
* Volleyball games
* Horseshoe tournament
* BBQ areas
* Private meeting rooms with electronic media players (PowerPoint projectors available for a fee)
* Kitchen facilities with ice machine

Trips can be planned to: RV factories, casinos, lakes, beaches, adventure and theme parks, Palm Springs Follies, or Mexico.

Golf outings with discount rates at area courses with preferred tee-times are also available.

Each Resort has a “Wagon Master’s guide to success” to help you find local caterers, Costco’s, and Smart & Final. Need to find a DJ or a band? Sunland will help you find the best for your group to make the event truly memorable.

Here are some tips from the Wagon Masters Guide:

• The wagon master is the point of contact with the Resort staff; please have the members go through the proper channels of communication, to avoid confusion.

• Room set-up and assignment is based on number of RVs with 2 people per RV.

• Resort staff will set-up tables and chairs. Please provide a diagram for any special needs. Tables are 8’ long.

• The Resort has a full kitchen that is available for your group to use. Please let the office staff know your needs at the time of your arrival.

• If you are bringing supplies for your group outing, refrigerator, freezer and storage space is not available until the official start date of your outing.

• Your group is welcome to join resort activities; it is recommended you call for a list of activities scheduled during your stay so they can be part of your agenda and we can plan on your participation. Outside vendors must provide appropriate sales licenses and proof of insurance before providing services.

• All liquor sales must have the proper insurance and permits.

• All early or late stay reservations are made directly with the resort and are at your group rate. Upon availability, we will do our best to keep you at your club site.

• In order to provide your group with a reasonable rate we do not accept other discount plans in conjunction with your group stay (Including, but not limited to Passport America).

• The resort has many amenities that are available to you as our guest. Please bring your swimming attire to enjoy our beautiful pool and spa.

In addition, Sunland RV Resorts is establishing relationships with vendors that can arrange for: discount RV wash &wax, mobile oil change, mobile RV repair, demo/show coaches, dog grooming, or seminars and lectures from RV safety to unique travel experiences.
