Do you offer Wi-Fi? Is it free?
Yes, we offer basic free Wi-Fi at the park. This is a standard connection perfect for checking emails or light surfing of the web.
What are your rates?
Our rates are based on the length of stay, the size of the space, amenities at each site, and location within the resort. Reserve online or phone toll-free: 6162026109.
Do you offer full hookups?
Yes, all of our spaces are full hookups with water, sewer, cable TV and 30/50 amp electric service. All stays 21 nights and longer are subject to metered electric charges.
Are you close to shopping and dining?
We are walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants. Major retailers and a shopping mall are within 15 minutes of the resort. Visit our attractions page for more details.
Do you have a pool? Is it heated?
Yes. We offer both a heated pool and spa for your year-round enjoyment. Be sure to visit our photo gallery for pictures of our beautiful pool area and other resort amenities.
When is check-in time? Checkout time?
Check-in time is 1 p.m., and checkout is noon. Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to a nominal fee.
Can I have a campfire?
Unfortunately no. Local City ordinance does not allow this for your safety with RVs and propane gas in the vicinity. However, barbecues are welcome.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer 10% discounts off our daily rates for Good Sam and active duty military. A valid ID card must be presented at check-in to obtain these discounts. Offers may not be combined and do not apply to any other discounted rates. These discounts are not available for extended stays.
Do you have a laundry facility?
Yes. We have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. Laundry cards are available for long-term guests. A few quarter machines are offered for overnight visitors.
How do I get there?
Via the westbound I-8: Exit 20A Greenfield Dr. Turn right on E. Main Street. Merge into the left lane, and turn left on E. Main Street. Pass the intersection at Broadway, and the resort is 300 feet further on the left. Exit 20B E. Main Street. Turn right at the stop light of East Main and 3rd Avenue intersection. Our RV park is a quarter mile further on the right.
Do you offer rentals?

Do you have pull-through spaces? Can you accommodate a 45-foot RV?
Yes, we have a limited number of pull through spaces, which can accommodate RV and trailer combinations up to 65 feet long.
Are you close to San Diego?
Located in San Diego’s East County, Vacationer RV Park is close to all of the area’s popular attractions. Our convenient freeway access is perfect for visiting the area. El Cajon also offers a wide variety of events and attractions for visitors.
Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?
Yes. We are pet-friendly. We supply pet waste bags and have a clean and enclosed pet run. We do limit each site to two pets per site and do not allow any aggressive breeds. A complete list of pet rules is available upon check-in.
Do you sell propane?
Yes, we offer a weekly delivery service to the park.
Do you have restrictions on the type of RV?
Yes. All RVs must be self-contained and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The RV must be clean and rust-free, with no broken windows if motor-powered running. Tarps on the roof and other modifications are strictly prohibited. The resort has a complete list of rules and regulations on file for your review. Sorry, no tent camping.
Are you a membership resort? How long can I stay?
No. We are non-membership and non-ownership RV resort. We offer daily, weekly, and extended stay rates. Please inquire with the front desk for seasonal stays.
Can I reserve a particular site?
The only way to reserve a particular space is to pay for it starting and checking in today. We can note it as a request but do not guarantee specific spaces.
Do you offer RV storage?
Yes, we have RV and vehicle storage spaces available. Contact the office for pricing and availability.
Do you have casinos close to the park?
We have three large casinos within 20 minutes of the resort. Sycuan Casino is 10 miles from the resort. Barona Casino is 9 miles from the resort. Viejas Casino is 15 miles from the resort.
What is your cancellation policy? What is your reservation change policy?
- Arrival more than 3 days: 1 night + tax
- Arrival within 3 days or less: 100% of stay
- Arrival more than 7 days: 25% of stay
- Arrival 7 days or less: 100% of stay
- Monthly: $600 deposit
- Nightly: 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when cancelled 3 days prior to arrival (after 12PM)
- Weekly: 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival (after 12PM)
- Monthly: 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival (after 12PM)
- Nightly & Weekly: If changed/modified within 3 days of arrival (after 12PM), a fee equal to the guest’s first night will apply
- Monthly: If changed/modified within 7 days of arrival (after 12PM), a fee equal to 50% of the deposit will apply
